Bobby Jones is a certified personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach with over a decade of experience helping clients surpass their fitness goals. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts from the University of Toronto, and his expertise is reinforced with certifications in kettlebell training and Precision Nutrition.
Specializing in body composition, strength training for women, glute development, Olympic weightlifting, and active aging, Bobby’s coaching blends performance with longevity. His philosophy centers on three core principles: looking good and moving well are inseparable, fitness is a mirror for life, and true progress comes from lasting behavior change.
Whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, athletic performance, or long-term vitality, Bobby’s science-based approach and personalized coaching have consistently guided clients to exceed their expectations.
